Trainings and Demos #HarmonyH2020

WELCOME TO HARMONY Training and Demos! Over the next few months, our audience will have the opportunity to learn from experts about the advantages of Harmony´s Spatial and Transport Planning Tools for a new mobility era

The number of spots is limited so make sure to book your seat on time! Based on your profile and interest you can choose from one of the 5 cities: three trainings at the Universities and three Metropolitan Demonstrations.

HARMONY envisages developing a new generation of harmonised spatial and multimodal transport planning tools which comprehensively model the dynamics of the changing transport sector and spatial organisation, enabling metropolitan area authorities to lead the transition to a low-carbon new mobility era.

Environmental Impact: HARMONY is committed to advancing sustainable mobility towards a safer and healthier life in our cities and regions. During its lifetime, HARMONY aims to:

  • Reduce congestion by 15%
  • Reduce noise level by 10%
  • Increase trips with lower emissions by 10%
  • Increase intermodality by 10%

  • Who can attend?

The HARMONY training workshops are designed to train the new generation of spatial and transport planners. If you are a student-modeller or a consultant-modeller interested in low carbon mobility then these workshops are for you!

  • What to expect?

These free-of-cost university training workshops aim to teach and discuss the state-of-the-art regional spatial and transport planning and modelling methods, the techniques of integrating traditional and new mobility services, as well as demonstrating the HARMONY MS, which was designed to assess the multidimensional impacts of the new mobility concepts and technologies.

  • Why attend?

This is a unique ´hands-on experience´ where our attendees will learn from experts who form a consortium of 29 project partners from 12 countries !

They will learn to:

– Write the code
